Independiente (Independent), is an experimental project requested by “Design Week Mexico”. The objective was to expose it at Rufino Tamayo Museum in Mexico City.

The book is a gathering of personal writings and photos. A catharsis exercise. It has two parts, the first one is written by Vicky González and the second one by Iván García.

In order to design the object, we used 100% biodegradable materials. This gave us the opportunity of offer a double use of the book package turning it into a pot. We accomplish the feeling of surprise and the satisfaction of re-using a functional object.
