“Inversiones Capital” is a Real Estate Development company located in San Pedro, Garza García. Even though they seem to be a new company, they already existed before with another name, so the most important value that we needed to communicate with the branding was: their experience.

We worked on an emblem inspired on the figure of a lighthouse, making reference to the fact that this company is a guide for their clients and partners not only by supporting them with an important background and knowledge but also with personal advice through each and every project.

The typographical selection counteract with the illustration technic and colour selection that screams luxury, it reminds us that this is also a young company with a strong vision to the future.
